"Purple and Brown" are little characters made of clay that look a lot like the fantastic "Pib and Pog" but don't do quite as much nor are their antics as sadistic. Frankly, I like the earlier "Pib and Pog" BECAUSE it was so violent and sadistic! However, "Purple and Brown" tend to be shorter and less funny...but are probably more family friendly as well. Because of this, these Aardman characters have been used on Nickelodeon during commercial breaks and the average length of one of these shorts is about a minute--but some are much shorter. It's really hard to assess such short films but they are entertaining and fun for all ages and received a nomination for a BAFTA award--so they must be pretty good.

This show is so good, I literally choked myself on my way to the computer to see them all!!!!!!!!!! It's so good, it might even be better than cheese! -Its awesome claymation stuff is wicked and stuff that looks cool! -The sounds are good and stuff! -The characters are genius! They both have clear personalities and can speak gibberish fluently! -The background is so original and creative, with a swirling wonder of colors! -The whole thing is PERFECT! Please, please, PLEASE watch all of them like I did for hours and Hours and HOURS! cheese! Why is it so great you might ask? EVERY BIT OF IT! When I first saw it I was inspired instantly to watch all of them. When you become a Purple And Brown fan, you'll get addicted - to a good thing! You'll watch dogs pee on things, stuff explode, aliens invading time and space, mustaches fly, faces rip off, hammers knock people, vampires sucking blood, magic spells, and hamburgers implode! Just kidding about that last one, but it would be cool! Any way, PURPLE AND BROWN RULE!

Believe it or not, number 1, I just saw it pop on to my computer screen just now, number 2, I found out about purple and brown a few months ago and I was excited.But a month later I forgot about it because it was not on TV yet. Then 3 months later, My best mate said, "Have you seen purple and brown on TV yet?" and I said are they really on TV and my mate said yes!I was so excited.So the next day when I came home I turned on the TV and guess who was on it.Purple and brown!!!!!! This was a good moment. It's on TV regular now.And I just want to tell you why i LOVE TI SO MUCH. Well can't you tell, it's done by Aardman.You know the studio behind Oscar winning Wallace and Gromit and the creature comforts short film(and TV series)!

Just sit and degrade, and this is not in a bad way.
