- Extensive sexual conversations throughout.
- There is lots of very adult humor throughout
- In the same scene, there are three different shots of full frontal male nudity. Jason Segel shows full frontal nudity to viewers for a reasonable amount of time, not the typical brief glimpse Hollywood usually gives its viewers.
- Male nudity includes clear and lingering views of buttocks and penis.
- A brief 7-8 second scene where we see a couple having sex in 3 positions in a comical way, no nudity.
- About three photos of women exposing their breasts are shown briefly. One of the pictures is shown two other times briefly.
- A man says, "put your P in a V" and "B your L on some Ts" (the actual words are not used).
- Two people have sex. In the next room, a woman hears and asks the man in bed with her to have sex. They do and she moans loudly, although clearly exaggerated. The first couple moan loudly as well because of this. The second man accuses the woman of "faking her orgasm." No nudity.

- A brawl breaks out on a beach with several people fighting. No serious injuries.
- We see a man with coral sticking out of his leg, a gush of blood comes out of the wound, and another man faints at the sight.
- We see a man stab and kill a pig with a large knife and then we see that pig strapped to a stake ready to be roasted for a party (we do not see any blood, but we hear the pig squealing loudly and hear the impact; and we also see the man's distressed face since he does not enjoy the act).
- A man is punched and pushed down by another man and says that the other man can punch him more and he won't stop him. Next the man is seen walking with bruises on his face.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some people may find the excessive drinking to be intense.
- While much of the movie has a somber tone and the main character is fairly depressed, it is a comedy and most of this is done for laughs.
- A man jumps off a cliff into water but hesitates, hangs from vines. Eventually he drops off but is not injured.
