NEW YORK -- Fox's Hell's Kitchen sizzled in its premiere Monday, burning Fox to a nightly win in the adults 18-49 demographic. Two back-to-back episodes of the cooking-themed reality show averaged 6.7 million viewers and a 3.2 rating/9 share in adults 18-49, according to preliminary data released Tuesday by Nielsen Media Research. But the night's top show in both viewership and adults 18-49 came at 10 p.m., a repeat of CBS's CSI: Miami that averaged 13.4 million viewers and a 3.9/10 in the demo. That beat the Stanley Cup finals as well as a premiere of ABC's hourlong How to Get the Guy, which averaged only 4.3 million viewers and a 1.8/5 in the demo.
