- Men are seen throughout the movie, both in tribal uniform and receiving tattoos with their shirts off.
- A woman refers to the pain of a tattoo like losing your virginity.
- A woman is taking a shower, we do not see anything.
- Two women jump out of a pool wearing bikinis.
- A woman asks a man if he will tattoo her, she starts to take her shirt off, we see her next laying on the table they kiss and have sex, we see movements and her bare breasts. Next scene she wakes up wearing a night gown, revealing cleavage.
- A woman is in the shower scrubbing her tattoo, she is naked her hair is covering her breasts. And is like that into the hospital.
- A woman's shirt is lifted revealing her abdomen and lower back.

- A woman is in the shower scrubbing off a tattoo she has sores from it. This woman is next taken to the hospital, with a very graphic scene of her dying.
- A man uses a machete to carve away a portion of his flesh.
