Jo Morgan sets about catching two men accused of sexual assault, she places herself in real danger, and it's a dangerous scenario.
There is a real nasty plot here, dare I say a story that would work as a series, or as part of a feature length drama.
Nick Moran in his younger years here, he doesn't look old enough to be shaving yet. Dean Stacey really is a monster, as is his pal.
A wonderful episode, and great first big story for Jo, her character here is almost identical to one from Inspector Morse, where she played Sergeant Maitland, and aid to Morse, and specialist in crimes against women. Mary Jo Randle has been superb since joining the show.
I am worried about Monroe, he's smiling an awful lot lately, must be wind.
There is a real spite and malice in this episode, it's gritty and hits hard, this was exceptional, 9/10.
