- Frequent mild to moderate references and innuendo.
- You can kiss teenage girls in this game, accompanied by over-the-top sound effects, for a health boost.
- A mission involves you stealing panties from teenage girls for a creepy old man.
- You can sexually harass women in the game (both adults, teenagers and little kids) however it's completely optional and you get a punishment from doing so
- A boy and a girl can be heard making out in the toilet stalls.
- You can kiss many teenage boys throughout the game and on Xbox there is even an achievement called "over the rainbow" implying that this is gay.
- The female students in the game wear knee high skirts and knee high socks.
Violence & Gore

- In biology class you need to dissect dead animals. There is blood and organs.
- The game lets you do things like punch, kick, shoot with multiple non-lethal weapons, and throw destructive things at most characters in the game. However the game's Trouble Meter rises upon doing any of those things letting you know you committed a crime.
- Lots of beat em up action.
- The violence in this game is pretty mild in general. It's absolutely not the "Columbine similator" that the politicians and Jack Thompsons of the word claimed it was. It takes an hours worth of gameplay to see that your character is the one facing the bullies.
- Mainly fistfights, but you can also use weapons such as a fire extinguisher.
- People can be injured with fireworks and small explosives, but they do not die. They simply get knocked out, and eventually, they are revived at the nurses office.
Profanity

- Occasional uses of words like "Ass" "Balls" "Bastard" "Bitch" "Crap" "Hell" "Nuts" "Piss" "Prick" "Slut" and "Whore"
- There is a fair bit of profanity, but the F word is not used.
- In the cutscenes there is probably more than 10 uses of 'Crap' at least 1 use of 'Bloody' and 1 use of 'Piss'
- Relatively infrequent uses of 'God'. Very rare uses of 'Goddamn' and 'Jesus'
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There is a mission where you need to find pills for a homeless person.
- One of the teachers has a drinking problem and we see him actively drinking booze during some missions. One mission requires Jimmy to steal hidden alcoholic bottles within the school to avoid his expulsion.
- You can see adults and students smoking cigarettes, but your character cannot engage in any drug related activities.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Rated PG-13 for Crude And Sexual Humor, Language, Some Violence, Drinking and Brief Partial Nudity-Most Involving Teens. Rated 15 in the UK for strong violence.
- For tweens/teens and up.
- Some violence scenes may be intense to some players.
- Your player character in the game doesn't have to be a bully, although there is the option to harass and insult NPCs.

Sex & Nudity
- A teacher is seen coming out of a porn store, and claims he was doing "research" and looking for "naughty boys". We see him show Jimmy porno magazines but there is no detail at all.
- A woman is seen entering an abandoned school bus with a man. The sounds of the vehicle rocking back and forth can be heard immediately after, implying sexual intercourse taking place. Nothing explicit is shown however.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A teacher nearly dies after being drugged, this is for dark comedy.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- On the shelves in the biologist's office is the severed head of a man in a jar.
