First adventure on Third Earth Warning: Spoilers
In the first episode we had the introduction of the series, as our heroes run from their exploding home planet and find refuge on Third Earth. In the second one, we had Mumm-ra forcing other villains, the Mutants to cooperate with him to destroy the Thundercats. In this third episode, we have the Thundercats making their first friends, the Robear Berbils, and living what we could call their first adventure on Third Earth along with these new, very friendly, friends.

We could also think of this as their third adventure, because they had already had a first fight with some mutants on episode one and a first fight with Mumm-ra on episode two, but I think that their very first adventure concerning helping and being helped by someone on the face of the Third Earth is this one exactly: their first adventure with the kind Robear Berbils.

Along with many interesting details in this episode like Lion-O calling the sword to come to his hands for the first time, maybe the most notorious thing is the extremely nice personality of these new friends, the Robear Berbils. Actually, too nice for their own good. We had an interesting plot with the introduction of these new characters, who were too good to defend themselves in a truly effective way against the Trollogs, who raided the RoBear Berbil fruits from their village until the Thundercats helped them. It is also interesting that these Trollogs didn't do that for themselves but because they were forced to do it by the Giantours. Again, like in episode two, we had villains being forced to be so by other villains.

Nevertheless, the most important moral in the episode in my opinion is the right that a person or group has to defend himself. Some other good details of the episode, being seen in retrospective, are for example watching a still inexperienced Lion-0 who doesn't know how to use the trick on his paw to get out of trap-hole in the forest, and as I said we can watch him calling for the sword to come to his hands for the first time. This last skill, even when he tends to forget about it at times (like in the episode "Mandora, the Evil Chaser" where it could have come in handy) , it will save the day many times along the series.

Thanks for reading.

Important but annoying and easily one of the worst episodes

It introduces the thundertanks and is pretty much the first real adventure that the Thundercats have on Third Earth HOWEVER the effect for the Berbils voice is ANNOYING and will make your ears very sad. So only watch it if you're completionist. It's easily one of their worst episodes.
