Christian Rach is a German chef who has worked himself up the ranks to get where he is today. He owns several restaurants and his face is well known on television. He's partaken in fly on the wall documentaries and this is the one which is currently seen on RTL. He's basically Germany's answer to Gordon Ramsay but he's everything Ramsay isn't! Christian uses his expertise to "rescue" restaurants in distress.He uses diplomacy, charm and positive reinforcement and he gets results, and to cap it all he's a beautiful man with a beautiful smile, and he knows his food. Rach may be well known in Germany but he doesn't court the press. The man is simply perfect. No challenge is too big for him. His motto is "no such thing as can't, so pull your finger out your backside and get moving!"
