This is nothing.

The show opens with Eric Bischoff cutting a promo on Larry Zbyszko. The first match is Fit Finlay versus Eddie Guerrero. The Giant cuts a promo on Kevin Nash. Meng faces Steve McMichael. Gene Okerlund interviews Diamond Dallas Page. La Parka, Silver King and Psychosis take on Rey Mysterio, Juventud Guerrera and Hector Garza. Chris Benoit faces Van Hammer. And now the show goes off the rails. The NWO comes out and forces the crew to change the set to an "NWO Nitro" theme. This infamous segment takes way too long. After the set is changed, the NWO comes out and gives Hollywood Hogan Christmas presents (two motorcycles and a stretch limo with a hot tub complete with two fine ladies). After what seems like forever, it's time for another match. James Dillon tells Rick Steiner that he doesn't have to wrestle under these conditions, but Rick goes out to the ring to wrestle Scott Norton anyway. The next match is Disco Inferno versus Curt Hennig. Bobby Heenan comes out and grovels to the NWO to keep his commentator job. Harlem Heat faces Lodi and Scotty Riggs. Chris Jericho faces Buff Bagwell. We get another NWO segment, lord help us. The main event is Randy Savage versus Lex Luger. The show ends with Eric Bischoff cutting yet another promo on Larry Zbyszko. This was not a good build up to their biggest show of the year, Starrcade.
