Amadeus sings, on his way to the chemist's shop, the 1st Movement from the Bassoon Concerto in B Flat Major KV 191. As the story unfolds, he plays several times motifs from the Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Major KV 219. The most dramatic part is certainly the chasing of the bear through Vienna, which is musically supported by the "Türkischer Marsch" from the Piano Sonata No. 11 in A Major KV 331, 3rd Movement.
