- Some blood splashes for screen transitions but these are potrayed in a non-violent way and it makes sense within the context of the show due to the vampire centric theme..
- A recurring antagonist of the show is a vampire hunter who tries to eradicate the vampires by using various medieval weapons (crossbows, catapults, etc.) but never succeeds in doing so.

- The whole show is centric around vampires and has an overall gothic theme, however these vampires aren't inherretly potrayed as evil and more cartoonish. Nothing a kid couldn't handle.
