A classic story of revenge but with a twist in which the main characters actually get to act like real people. The love story between the leads is incredibly complex and intense. The conflict of the love story was internal with the leads battling their own demons instead of external factors keeping them apart. How do you stand by the man that wants revenge against a father you have loved all your life? Can you give up avenging your family for the woman you love? Its that constant conflict that tears them up inside. It was hard to watch them push each other away at times knowing how much they hurt themselves and each other. It wasn't a fairytale story but it was a love worthy of a fairytale. A type of story that makes you believe in the power of love.
Great love story, cute couple, perfect choice of characters, lovely background music and heart touching.
