The car crash scene at the end was unrealistic for several reasons. First, the damage shown was insufficient to cause a fatal injury- it was a relatively low-speed crash. Next, by the time the next of kin arrived, firefighters and/or medics would have removed the driver to assess them, not leave them uncovered in the vehicle. If the driver had been pronounced dead at the scene, the coroner would have similarly removed the body by the time the next of kin arrived.
