Sex & Nudity

  • A man dances suggestively, he has tattoos portrayed all over his arm, a few scenes has him touching himself in a suggestive way. This is the extent of sensuality.
  • A couple scenes with individuals wearing swim wear. Non-sexual
  • A man is seen without a shirt several times, and in one video he is drawing on himself.
  • Some provocative dancing, but very brief all in all.
  • A couple songs have sexual references.
  • A man appears to have no shirt in one brief scene and has blood smeared on his back.
  • In another video, two girls dance on a tennis court wearing some revealing clothing.

Violence & Gore

  • We see a girl with a bloody nose and blood smeared on her face, she is also laying on the cement floor next to what appears to be a small pool of blood, she spits blood out twice.
  • A man is briefly seen in the bathroom without a shirt and has blood all over his back side and is seen briefly cutting himself with a razor. This is shown twice, but can be easily missed.
  • A young girl has bloody cuts on her wrists but can be hard to see because of how "dark lit" the video is.
  • A man appears to be drowning, in one scene.
  • "The Beach" Music Video, is the most darkest video in terms of violence. The nature of this music video talks about abuse and mental illness.
  • Some fantasy violence.
  • Some physical fighting, punching and slapping can be heard in a few different scene
  • A young girl is slapped by a young boy off-screen. She is pinned down as the boy attempt to cut her wrist with a knife. This scene is rather brief, and is mostly heard off-screen.
  • a girl is seen hanging upside down in a couple of other scenes and has blood smeared on her face, but it is very dark and hard to see.

Profanity

  • Several profanities can be heard, including the 'F" word. The language is the harshest aspect of the rating.
  • Language is present mainly in the songs used in the film. Some of it can be hard to hear, the rating system was hazy with it's rating on the language.
  • A young girl is heard saying 'what sounds like' the "f" word several times in a tongue twister joke. She says it repeatedly even after she realizes it. This scene was intended for laughs.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Drugs is a contextual substance in this film, which can be mainly heard in most of the songs.
  • A man vapes twice.
  • A boy inhale's fog juice to overlay the effect of drug use.
  • The "Mutombo" video talks about drug overdose, violence and has several hallucination scenes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A young girl has blood smeared all over her face. Is very disturbing and intense.
  • A man slits himself with a razor and blood is shown all over his back. Very brief, but intense.
  • "The Beach" music video is the most frightening one, is very dark lit and the nature of the video talks about abuse and mental illness. The message expressed before the video also talks about violent personality disorders, and how to overcome them and dealing with trauma.
