In this episode of MTB HEROES, we head to Madagascar to spend some time with Mike Hopkins. Canadian adventurer, Mike spend his time traveling around the world, shooting films and doing competitions. He gonna share with us his passion of mountain bike and show us what's behind the scene of making a film. After ending a career of freerider filled with crazy achievements, like taking part of the famous RedBull Rampage, he now became a true adventurer spending most of his time travelling the world to create beautiful adventure films. This documentary will give us the opportunity to learn more about him, his personality, and how bikes have changed his life. From sunrise to sunset, from the top of a mountain to the most beautiful beaches, you'll see everything that Madagascar has to offer. We will discover with Mike the western side of the island, explore stunning mountains, baobabs forests and try to get an idea of the amazing culture of Madagascar. We will get to know with Mike the process of making a mountain bike film, how he manage to capture all these beautiful shots. From organizing the shooting in a country that is completely new, to waking up at 2am, the long hours hiking to the top of a mountain with all the equipment, meeting the local people, the beautiful nature and wildlife. You will discover all the steps, the highs and lows that comes with such an adventure and how rewarding it can be.

In this episode of MTB HEROES, we head to Norway to spend some time with Jonathan Maunsell. Pro Enduro racer from Ireland, Jonathan is one of the best enduro rider of his generation. We will follow him during a few days travelling the country from south to north and discover with his local friends some of the best mountain bike trails that Norway as to offer. This documentary will be also a great opportunity to discover the most beautiful coasts and landscapes in the world. John first start his road trip from Oslo, the capital. He will first visit Mille Johnset in Nesbyen. Mille is a sixteen years old girl, futur star of downhill mountain biking. After this first stop, John continue his road trip to Tromso, on the west coast of Norway. It's probably the best place to see the fjords. There he will meet Trond Brudeseth, a local rider, who will guide him to ride the best ridge lines of the coast. For the last part, John drive to Lofoten, one of the most remote place of Norway. This chain of granite mountain-islands was carved by the last ice age into fantastic spikes and smooth sheer cliffs, gashed by deep fjords. There, his friend Seth Hobby will guide him to the most beautiful trails in the world. Amazing trails from the mountain tops all the way down to the ocean. This episode is all about sharing stories, breathtaking landscapes and good times on a bike.

In this episode of MTB Heroes we bring the Van Steenbergen brothers, Bas and Tom, to one of the most unique places in the world to ride your bike, Argentina. Bas being a Downhill specialist and Tom a slope style specialist they wanted to take us somewhere where it would be possible for them to mix both styles and ride together. Tom and Bas will share the struggles of digging a line in the heat and at high altitude, and they will also tell us everything about what MTB is for them.

In this episode of MTB HEROES we head to Morocco with Rob Heran, one of the most famous riders in Germany which has been on the MTB scene since the beginning back in the 90's. After years of competing around the globe, taking part in the biggest contests, he retired from competition and now focuses more on having the best time riding all around the world in his van. We will document his travels through Morocco, from the desert to the High Atlas and will show the diversity of landscapes and weather that Morocco has to offer.

In this episode of MTB Heroes we go to the other side of the globe, in New Zeland to meet with one of the legend of this sport, Sven Martin. We will follow him during his everyday life in New Zealand, shooting photos with his friends or going for rides on the amazing trails around Nelson but we will also be documenting the other side of Sven, him at work during one of the biggest contests in the world, the NZ stop of Crankworx. He will explain to us how he stayed so passionate about this sport that he loves so much.
