When McGee is investigating the doctor who wrote the prescription for Phenelzine, the name on the pill bottle reads "FLEMING, NEIL M.D.", but when McGee types the name into the computer, it says "Dr. Neil Flemming" (with two M's).
When Ziva pulled the fire alarm in the hotel parking structure, emergency doors immediately began to close on each floor, preventing any cars from leaving. A fire alarm would never do this. The purpose of a fire alarm is to evacuate the building, not trap people inside it.
When McGee is checking on Dr Flemming, the computer screen says, "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL USE ONLY. VIOLATERS WILL BE PROSECUTED". The word "violators" is misspelled.
