It is Good Neighbor week and the mayor is giving out balloons to all the childrens.
The last and one of the best of the season. There are some funny bits at the beginning. Davey, Jimmy and Teddy are eating ice cream cones. Teddy gives his to Davey and Davey gives it to Goliath, because they are good neighbors. Jimmy has the funniest moment when he eats his ice cream and says "I'm a good neighbor to myself". On the way to the park a little girl named Mary is hurt riding in her wagon and also is lost. Jimmy and Teddy walk right by her although she is crying. Davey helps her since his Dad told him that all people are his neighbors. Davey arrives late and does not get a balloon. Jimmy's balloon pops at the end.
