- A man cuts a gash in a woman's arm with a dagger.
- A man punches a woman in the stomach with supernatural force, throwing her body across the chamber where they are fighting.
- A man is kicked in the head, causing him to spit blood.
- A man cuts a woman on the face with a dagger.
- A man is unexpectedly punched and then slashed with a sword, causing blood spray from his wound.
- A brief flashback to a still image where a young man is being tortured. He has several visibly bleeding injuries. A man with a sword stands in the foreground, blood on the blade indicating him as the person doing the torturing.

- A man gets a large axe imbedded into his stomach.
- A man's skin starts to burn away when exposed to bright light. When the light is focused into a beam of energy, the man's skin starts to burn away faster.
- When a man is struck by a concentrated beam of sunlight, he is reduced to ash, which blows away.
- A man is severely burned in on several body parts that were exposed to magically enhanced sunlight.
- A man shoots a woman twice in the back with a gun.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man struggles against a smoke monster that is trying to possess him and have him shoot an escaping prisoner.
- A woman enters an inner chamber of an ancient temple. As she enters the room, it becomes apparent that the walls have been partially built with corpses. As she moves through the room, the corpses in the walls re-animate and start to groan and reach out towards the woman.
- A woman is hit by a blast of dark magical energy. It is played in slow motion, suggesting that she may have been killed by the attack.
- A dark magical ritual is completed, summoning a figure with a skull for a face, a blind fold wrapped over its eye sockets, dressed in a black robe.
