A post shared by Doc Rivers (@docriverstattoo) on Jul 14, 2015 at 1:08pm Pdt Jeffrey Dean Morgan might come off as a bad boy, especially thanks to his villainous role as Negan on The Walking Dead, but he's actually a big softie. In fact, one of his tattoos (he has about 10 total) is dedicated to his dog, who passed away, and the story will melt your heart. After his longtime pet, Bisou, passed away in 2015, the actor decided to honor her and their long journey together with an intricate, script-style tattoo of her name on his forearm. Even though some time has passed since he lost his dog, when telling the story about why he got the new ink to Hudson Valley News Network in April 2017, he still got choked up. "She was a dog that I got 19 years ago, that I rescued. It's going to make me tear up, I suck!

If Bill Murray could make Groundhog Day a reality, he'd probably use it to relive Wednesday night again and again.
And why wouldn't he? The 70-year-old actor's beloved Chicago Cubs ended a 108-year World Series drought, until Wednesday night the longest in Major League Baseball history -- by defeating the Cleveland Indians (who interestingly, now hold the distinction of most seasons without a World Series victory) 8-7 in the 10th inning of Game 7.

Disney's upcoming animated film Zootopia looks like it's going to a ridiculously funny and entertaining film. I got to see some footage from it at D23 this past summer, and I thought the stuff that the studio shared was great.
The voice cast for the film originally included Jason Bateman, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Shakira. Now, thanks to USA Today, we have some information on the rest of the voice cast and the characters that they will be playing. We even have images and information for each of those characters. But first, here's the synopsis:

All for one and one for all! Can you believe it's been 20 years since "Now & Then" hit theaters? We can still remember watching the coming-of-age flick like it was yesterday. "Now & Then" tells the story of four childhood friends: Chrissy (Rita Wilson/Ashleigh Aston Moore), Teeny (Melanie Griffith/Thora Birch), Samantha (Demi Moore/Gaby Hoffmann) and Roberta (Rosie O'Donnell/Christina Ricci). The flick was told via flashbacks, after the now-grown women reunited for the birth of one of their kids. During the ladies homecoming, they recount what happened that fateful summer of 1970 -- when each of their lives forever changed. From dealing with parents to puberty, boys and "Crazy Pete," their friendship was the only thing that remained a constant. Needless to say, the core cast has continued to steal the big and small screens since appearing in the 1995 drama, and the movie solidified Devon Sawa's '90s heartthrob status.

Queen Latifah turns 45 today, and she certainly has a lot to celebrate. She’s a beautiful, talented, and award-winning entertainer (two Screen Actors Guild Awards, a Grammy, plus an Oscar nomination for her role in Chicago) with a wicked sense of humor. She’s getting some early awards buzz for her portrayal of Bessie Smith in the upcoming HBO film Bessie (due May 16), so her acting return is on the horizon. However, with Latifah’s second self-titled talk show getting canceled in November — the last episode aired March 6 — it seems like she can’t quite conquer the couch-and-coffee world. She has all the equipment, so what gives?
The Queen Latifah Show’s first run lasted a little more than two years (1999-2001), and its recent reboot barely scraped the 15-month mark. Now, it’s not like the show didn’t have promise: the September 2013 premiere was the highest rated talk...

As we all know too well, Mrs. Doubtfire – the seminal Robin Williams-wearing-women’s-clothing comedy — has been officially given a sequel by Fox 2000. Both Williams and the original’s director, Chris Columbus, are on board in the same positions they held last time around. Screenwriter Bonnie Hunt, however, has been replaced with David Berenbaum, of Elf fame (also Zoom, The Haunted Mansion and The Spiderwick Chronicles fame, which might seem a little less impressive). We all know the decades-later sequel drill. Some...

"Mrs. Doubtfire," the smash comedy that saw Robin Williams dressing up like an Scottish housekeeper so that he could spend more time with his estranged kids, might be more than 20 years old, but there are some at Fox who still think that a sequel is something of a priority. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Williams and original director Chris Columbus are looking to reunite for a follow-up, to be penned by "Elf" writer David Berenbaum. Get ready for more drive-by fruitings, everyone!
According to the Hollywood Reporter, development on a sequel began in 2001 (seriously? Not 1995?), with Bonnie Hunt being hired to write a screenplay. Her screenplay, and many others, were ultimately rejected, in a costly development process that yielded no results. When Berenbaum became attached earlier this year, it was with an idea that was finally strong enough for both Columbus and Williams to get behind. While it's far from a sure thing,...

I never thought that a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel would ever happen. This just seems like one of the most ridiculous sequel ideas ever, and the fact they are doing it makes no sense to me. Chris Columbus and star Robin Williams would return to make the film which is being written by the screenwriter of Elf, David Berenbaum.
It's been 21 years since the first film was released, so why now? Apparently the sequel has been in the works since 2001, with Bonnie Hunt attached to write it. It went through several drafts and several other screenwriters. The project eventually died because Columbus and Williams never liked anything that they saw.
Now that Berenbaum is attached, there is a spark of hope for the talent. I loved Elf, but that was his best film. Since then he's gone downhill writing movies such as The Haunted Mansion, Zoom, and The Spiderwick Chronicles. So...

The 1993 family comedy Mrs. Doubtfire is finally getting a sequel. Robin Williams and director Chris Columbus are both attached to return, with David Berenbaum (Elf) onboard as the scribe.
The original film was based on Anne Fine’s 1987 novel, Madame Doubtfire, and also stars Sally Field and Pierce Brosnan. The film followed the misadventures of an unemployed actor, Daniel Hillard, who, following his divorce, disguises himself as an elderly female nanny, allowing him to secretly masquerade his way back into the lives of his children.
This sequel has been in the works for quite some time. Back in 2001, Bonnie Hunt was hired to write the script. But there’s been no success. Perhaps this time things will work out. How do you feel about this sequel?

It’s beginning to look like some anonymous Hollywood executive – in a misguided attempt at ingenuity – may have sent an email around the town saying, ‘Hey you guys! Remember the 90s? Let’s do that again!” With Jurassic Park, Point Break, Dumb And Dumber among stories now being revisited, it was only a matter of time before Mrs Doubtfire appeared in the creative crosshairs again.
On its release in 1993, Mrs Doubtfire raked in over $441 million in international box office, on a budget of just $25 million, and added Golden Globes to its trophy cabinet to boot. Based on Anne Fine’s novel ‘Alias Mrs Doubtfire’, the film adaptation was penned by Leslie Dixon and Randi Mayer Singer, and gave Robin Williams the perfect showcase for his chaotic kind of comedy. Starring as Daniel Hillard – a father facing divorce – Williams portrayed a man so desperate to maintain contact with his beloved children...

It's been 21 years since Robin Williams donned a latex mask and a wig to play Scottish nanny Euphegenia Doubtfire, and it looks like he'll be back for some more cross dressing shenanigans, with Mrs. Doubtfire 2 going into development at Fox 2000. It's early days on the project, but both Williams and original director Chris Columbus have both signed on. Nothing is known about the story, but Elf scribe David Berenbaum has been brought to write the script. This isn't the first time a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel has been on the cards, with Bonnie Hunt tapped to write the script in 2001, but that version was scrapped due to inactivity. via The Hollywood Reporter...

It’s been so long since the idea of a sequel to Mrs. Doubtfire hit the news radar that we were beginning to think it would end up going the reboot route before any official follow-up happened. But Fox 2000 is not letting Euphegenia Doubtfire die peacefully, and is making a new attempt to convince director Christopher Columbus and star Robin Williams to re-visit the character. You’re probably aware that the 1993 film saw Williams as struggling actor Daniel Hillard, who was desperate to maintain a relationship with his children following the recent divorce from his wife Miranda (Sally Field). In order to stay close, he concocts the elderly Scottish housekeeper character and applies to be their carer with predictably disastrous results. The movie was a hit at the box office, and all involved thought a sequel might happen, but no one could find an idea they liked.Bonnie Hunt was...

I guess there's a large contingency that's been begging to see Robin Williams in a dress and old-age makeup once again. At least this time they won't need the makeup as THR reports Williams has signed on to star in Mrs. Doubtfire 2 with director Chris Columbus attached to return to direct and David Berenbaum (Elf) writing the script. Columbus directed the original back in 1993, which ended up grossing over $441 million worldwide, but that was 21 years ago and since then we've already had Martin Lawrence dressing up in three Big Momma's House movies, do we really need to see Williams do it all againc THR reminds us Bonnie Hunt was attached to write a script for the sequel back in 2001 and obviously that didn't come together so that could very well end up being the situation once again, but the attachment of Williams to the project would seem to suggest movement...

.Could you make me a woman?. Robin Williams is looking to suit up once again for Mrs. Doubtfire 2. You may have heard back in the early 2000s that a sequel to the 1993 film was getting a second installment but unfortunately after awhile it came to a halt. The issue had much to do with the fact that neither William nor director Chris Columbus could find a script that could justify another go at it. In 2001, Bonnie Hunt was hired to do a take on the second installment but she didn.t seem to...

Here’s a thought to make January more bearable: February is worse. Heh!
Yikes. We’re in dire need of comedy this month, and here are 10 gay tweets (and an extra one from me) designed to make this month lovable. I also tacked on a tweet from Patton Oswalt about Neneh Cherry that sent me into Drugstore Cowboy-type convulsions.
1. Richard Lawson jokes by not joking at all.
Liz Cheney is dropping out of the race to spend less time with her family.

2. Chris Schleicher values the least important meal of the day.
Why do people have kids? Because they got bored of going to brunch?

3. Matt Whitaker needs a moment.
Just found out Robin Roberts has been cheating on me for ten years.

Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (voice of Billy Crystal) was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a professional Scarer—and he knows better than anyone that the best Scarers come from Monsters University (Mu). But during his first semester at Mu, Mike’s plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot Mu legacy James P. Sullivan, “Sulley” (voice of John Goodman), a natural-born Scarer. The pair’s out-of-control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University’s elite Scare Program. To make matters worse, they realize they will have to work together, along with an odd bunch of misfit monsters, if they ever hope to make things right.
Screaming with laughter and oozing with heart, Disney•Pixar’s Monsters University is directed by Dan Scanlon (“Cars,” “Mater and the Ghostlight,” “Tracy”), produced by Kori Rae (“Up,” “The Incredibles,” “Monsters, Inc.”) and executive produced by John Lasseter.

Too many of our favorite shows remain in reruns... but next week we’ve got new episodes of Arrow, NCIS and Scandal - and I have some scoop for TV Fanatic about each of these hit programs.
Before they air, though, take some time this weekend to watch the phenomenal Call Me Crazy on Lifetime, executive produced by Jennifer Aniston. Alright? Now let’s empty out the Notebook…
Arrow Felicity is about to leave her desk and hit the streets. Make sure to watch in “The Undertaking” (airing 5/1), where the quick-witted Miss Smoak actually gets to go out in the field. And while we normally see her with Ollie and Diggle, with whom would Emily Bett Rickards like to share more scenes?
“I haven’t had any scenes with Susanna [Thompson] and she’s a phenomenal actor,” she told me of the actress that plays Ollie’s mother, Moira. “Even at...
