Sex & Nudity

  • Double meanings galore.
  • People's pants fall down, but is censored and blurred.
  • Mild crude humor is heard in the show. Every episode of Wipeout ends with John Henson saying "Good night and big balls".

Violence & Gore

  • Bloody drawings are seen, though they don't look real.
  • When the players fall, sound effects are added such as cracking and snaps. This is for laughs.
  • Some people fall violently on their heads, crotch, knees, and mostly everywhere.

Profanity

  • Nothing to serious.
  • Hell, damn, and rude words can briefly be heard.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • One very disturbing episode is when people in pigeon costumes take the top off their costumes. They green screen it to makes the heads disspaear and put red lines, pretending to have their heads cut off. Henson says "oh, Johnny, pigeons are such horrible creatures"!
  • Nothing frightening, just much action with players going through obstacle courses. If they fall, many injurys occur. But they always end up being fine.
  • In an episode, a woman flings in the sky and violently falls into water. Sound effects are added and is the most violent in the series.
