Investigation Discovery has announced premiere dates for its lineup of returning true crime series. Viewers will see new episodes of In Pursuit with John Walsh, High Speed Chase, Late Night Lockup, Homicide Hunter: American Detective, American Monster, Crimes Gone Viral, Signs of A Psychopath, and Fear Thy Neighbor arrive in May and June. A trailer teasing the return of In Pursuit with John Walsh was also released.

With its list of new releases for May 2024, HBO streamer Max is bringing back one of the best comedies on television.
Hacks season 3 premieres on May 2 and will continue the tortured (platonic-ish) love affair between comedy superstar Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) and her former joke writer Ava Daniels (Hannah Einbinder). That will be followed up by Pretty Little Liars: Summer School on May 9.
Movie-lovers have more than enough to keep them occupied in May 2024 as well. The latest John Green adaptation, Turtles All the Way Down, will premiere on May 3. That will be followed by intriguing original documentary MoviePass, MovieCrash on May 30. Max is also putting its Warner Bros. origins to good use with a bunch of excellent library movies like The Iron Claw on May 10 and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice on May 26.

ID and Discovery+ have unveiled their true crime slate for the 2022-23 upfront season, with four new TV series, including reboots of the classic podcasts Disappeared and Who The (Bleep) Did I Marry, six new specials, including the Armie Hammer-focused House of Hammer (wt), nine returning series, two new podcasts, Hot and Deadly and Deadliest Decade, and a new season of Mind of a Monster podcast which launches in July.
In addition to Disappeared and Who The (Bleep) Did I Marry, new ID series include Murderer Next Door, and Wild Wicked West (wt).
