Sex & Nudity

- A brief sex scene with a girl having sex with Bronson with a bra on, both making noises for several seconds.
- Some scenes with visible full frontal male nudity.
- A woman dances in an adult club for Bronson, and her breasts are seen for an extended time as he watches.
- The movie opens with a naked Bronson shadow boxing in a cell, full frontal nudity is visible if you look closely enough. We see Bronson naked in a similar context for altogether maybe two or three scenes. The cell is dark so you have to look very closely to see any real nudity.
Violence & Gore

- There are a few quite graphic bloody images.
- Many brutal beatings that results in people being injured but not killed. The violence in this film is tame, especially from a Nicholas Winding Refn movie.
- Several instances of Bronson fighting/attacking authorities or prison guards. Most of the time there is no blood, and only one instance where he bites a mans neck, nothing too graphic is shown
- We sometimes see Bronson's heavily bloodied face after he has received a beating from the prison guards for attacking them.
- A patient at a mental institution defecates in his hand and wipes some of the excrement on his face. He seems bewildered.
- Bronson refuses medication in a mental institution and is then attacked by orderlies and injected with drugs against his will. An ill and incoherent Bronson is seen in the following scene, during which he spits in another man's face. The man insinuates he has hurt a young girl.
- After punching a man around in a fight, it's implied that Bronson urinates on him.
- Bronson attempts to strangle a pedophile in a mental institution with a neck tie.
- Bronson takes a prison teacher hostage, paints his face, ties him to a flag, and uses an apple as a gag.

- Approximately 69 uses of fuck, 7 uses of shit. Around 16 uses of cunt. (Important to note that in some cases the swearing is accompanied by violence, making it hard to distinguish what is being said).
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Paul smokes for most of his screen time.
- Bronson's uncle is seen drinking cocktails, and Bronson drinks one as well.
- The Warden also smokes twice.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The whole movie is very intense.
- Many scenes of Bronson on a stage wearing creepy makeup and acting very strange.
