- The episode is incredibly action packed and there is quite a bit of gore, definitely the most violent of the season 2 premiere

- The Boys ram their boat into a whale. Rivers of blood spray and shoot out of the whale. The Boys are drenched in blood and guts.
- Stormfront blows up an apartment complex and then kills someone. This is very violent
- Stormfront throws people into a building, and kills innocent bystanders intentionally. She also snaps a man's hands, exposing lots of blood and bone, before strangling him to death in a racially motivated rage.
Profanity
- Stormfront calls an asian character a "fucking yellow bastard" before killing him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Stormfronts racially charged massacre at the end is likely to be upsetting to some. However if you could handle the airplane scene last season you should be able to handle this.
