We see a photograph a few times of a nude man from the waist down, which shows genitals. We see a line drawing of a man with his penis exposed. We see a line drawing of a pistol and a severed penis.
- A man peeps over a dressing room and pretends to cough while taking a picture of a naked woman; breasts are shown.
- During the end, a man's testicles and penis are clearly seen for a duration of time.

- Dennis knocks Ronnie unconscious with a chair. Ronnie is later shown holding an ice pack on his head.
- Two men attack several young men with punches and kicks: one is struck on the back of the head with a skateboard (the board breaks) and one is sprayed in the eyes with something. A man yells at a man and slams his head into the door of a hot oven repeatedly and then threatens to kill him.

- A man in a mall parking lot exposes himself to several women and makes sexually aggressive remarks. A young woman shoplifts in a mall store in a couple of scenes.
- A man yells at a woman and breaks a glass display case (people around them are frightened). A man yells at a man and is abusive. Two men argue and insult each other using obscene terms in a couple of scenes. A man yells at a woman in several scenes and is abusive (he is her boss).
- A woman is afraid while walking through a mall parking lot at night. A man shoves people out of the way and off a balance beam on a police obstacle course. A woman who has been drinking alcohol falls out of her chair and onto the floor where she lies sleeping.
- A woman vomits after drinking too much (we see goo). A man kisses a woman after she vomits. We see vomit on a pillow next to a woman's mouth. A woman talks about soiling herself after drinking too much.
- Ronnie fights with police and is shown bloodied and bruised. He fights a man using his fists and fights several men off with a baton. Ronnie and a coworker chase and punch teens and break a skateboard over another teen's head.

- Ronnie gives his medication to a woman who indiscriminately ingests many pills at once, chews them, and follows with alcohol. In the same scene she takes 4 shots of vodka and finishes another alcoholic drink. She appears in the same scene obviously impaired.
- Two men snort cocaine, drink alcohol, smoke marijuana and one injects himself with a drug and a boy offers to sell a man crack (the man does not accept).
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Ronnie has sex with Brandi while she is passed out and drunk. No sensitive parts are shown and it is mild. Although this scene is intended to be funny, it is rather uncomfortable and it has not aged well after the #MeToo movement happened.
- Ronnie and Dennis beat up a group of teens. Although this scene is played for laughs, it can disturb some viewers.

- A naked man is shot in the chest. A bullet wound is shown and we see a massive trail of blood on the ground. As he gets up, he has lots of blood on his body and the man arresting him gets blood on his clothes.

- The scene where the flasher is shot is very bloody
- Ronnie shoots the flasher in the chest. The flasher lays in a big pool of his own blood, but is still alive. This scene is unexpected and it can startle viewers.
