Sex & Nudity

- There are two scenes where a person is painting nude portraits. In both scenes, the nude paintings are in the focus of the frame for a few seconds.
- A man has pierced nipples and fondles them constantly.
- A woman gives birth. No nudity, but it is slightly disturbing.
- Discussion about women being used as breeders and forced wives. There is also discussion of women being used for producing milk.

- There is a closeup of maggots on a live character's wound. There are also maggots on many corpses.
- A man is shown to be bleeding extensively from many jagged wounds on his neck. Gurgling noises are heard.
- This is the most violent entry of the franchise to date.
- Lots of violence throughout. People are killed mostly by gunshot, but some have more violent deaths such as burning to death, being run over by cars, dragged to death by cars, etc. It's a very violent movie.

- A woman gives birth to a mutant child with four legs. No nudity from the woman, but you do see the child's buttocks. It's not explicit. But it is disturbing. The entire scene is very brief.
Violence & Gore
- A man has his nipples ripped off. Blood squirts out.
- A woman's arm is crushed by a car and left with a severe wound. Her severed arm is then found dangling from a hook, and she is seen escaping with a bleeding stump. Flesh and injury detail are seen on the severed arm, but the severing is off-screen.
- A man is tortured to death by being dragged behind a motorcycle until he dies. His death is off-screen, but this is a long scene that can be disturbing and sad.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man is shown having a tree grown through his body. Fairly disturbing.
