Well rounded summary of sustainable food aspects
Introduction (without Spoiler):
My first review (so far only scored), don't worry I don't have any connections to the stakeholders of the movie. The movie just didn't had any review yet on IMDb but I think it's deserve one. Other remark I've have watched quite some documentaries about this topic already hence I can relatively good compare but I am probably not neutral about this topic (supporter of sustainable lifestyle and food).
Summary (without Spoiler): The documentary summaries aspects of sustainable eating like less meat, more regional, more seasonal, more organic and less waste of eatable food. Focus is on area (square meter) footprint of typical western citizen compared to what target footprint. To illustrate this the documentary pictures 3 families who try to change there daily nutrition with higher focus on such aspects. In parallel the documentary explain the different theoretical aspects in small breakouts also showing certain ways how to improve. The speed of the documentary is rather slow (compared to the amount of pictures and data in some other documentaries) making it very convenient to follow and get overwhelmed by data.
Due to the amount of topics covered in 90 minutes it lacks obviously details of the aspects covered. Unfortunately also on the main theme hence I would all in all score 8,5/10, but compared to what I have scored 9 already I think a 9 is reasonable. I can definitely recommend this movie especially as entry point to this topic area.
