It is a very amusing offering

This three-reel photoplay has been visualized evidently from both the comedy of Beaumarchais, and the opera of Rossini. It is a very amusing offering. The actor who portrays the part of Figaro, the title-role, is a graceful, accomplished and artistic comedian, and is ably supported. The costuming is adequate, and the direction and photography merit the highest praise. It is a deserving sequel to the "Marriage of Figaro" recently released. - The Moving Picture World, April 11, 1914
