The beginnings of the covid nightmare
brueggemanntami9 November 2020
This episode is all too real. It hits home so much. Especially when family members say, "What If I don't see you again". My parents are almost 80 with health issues. They have stayed quarantined through this whole mess for their safety. I miss them so much! But I would much rather wait and hopefully we can be together when things look better. As always, a quality show. They presented what we have been facing and learning to deal with. I cried, yet somehow found it cathartic. Tears I have been holding inside were released. I didn't realize how much I needed that right now.

Great show

I am amazed that "people don't want to see a show that addresses what our current situation is actually like." This is reality , people! The masks and precautions also IRL protect the actors and crew whenever possible who are risking their lives to come back and film. If you want fantasy, watch cartoons. We hope that shows will address changes due to Covid, BLM , and police brutality. Cop shows, medical shows etc will touch on this.

For the people in Covid denial, there won't be too many programs you can watch until mid 2021. Most of us like watching our favorite actors in their on screen careers but we need them to survive to be able to perform in 2021. So for many of you who can't believe Covid is real, watch reruns or read a book. Sorry that not many sports are n TV either due to Covid.

Yawn Yawn: Covid all day in the news and then in the entertainment. Haw can I escape?
centaur11359 November 2020
All said in the heading. I love the NCIS franchise. It is quality entertainment. However, when nearly every new episode of the current franchises (not just NCIS NO) contains covid themed story lines, It is not something I want after having it thrust at me all day from all directions and every day in the news. If they think they are teaching us something new, they are not. They are rehashing the tired old cliches not only in this drama, but most of them, as though it's clever. The character Sebastian Lund was absurd, not even funny. When I'm entertained, I want to escape this hell. What's even worse is, we are in for more, the episode ended with "To be continued." I hope to goodness that will be it, I don't want to see actors with covered faces.

Unbelievably Bad
spikeluvr11 November 2020
Why does Hollywood think that viewers are so stupid that they need to hit us over the head with "relevant stories" until we're "educated" about the dangers of COVID. This episode was more like a lecture from the worst middle school teacher I ever had. When they actually said,"This is a ship of the Damned", I almost lost my meal. We've all been inundated with "facts" about COVID that seem to change every two weeks. When I watch television I'm looking for an escape, not a prison full of preachers. I may just skip all the new shows until this thing passes.
