- The movie starts out with two characters making out on the couch. A character asks another why is he in rehab and he asked "did daddy diddle with your...". Two characters are shown kissing against the door but nothing happens that we see. A girl tells about being raped while on ecstasy. They show her naked on the floor with blood on her. You can't see anything but it is obvious that she is naked. A girl gets knocked out and her skirt flies up a little. One character says "Oh come on. I don't get to listen to your vagina gently weeping?" to another guy.

- Two characters are shown later when one of them shows up to counseling and thumps the other one in the back of the head. A girl finds a pill in her food as a joke from two other guys. She gets mad and stabs a guys hand with a fork. Blood is shown. A girl is shown being on ecstasy and getting raped.

- Multiple uses of "fuck," "shit," "ass," "hell," and "bitch" respectively. A couple uses of the words "faggot," "cunt," and at least one use of "fuckhead." A guy is shown flipping off the rehab center as he is leaving.

- The whole movie is about people in rehab from doing drugs. He is shown doing cocaine and meth. He is talked into stealing narcotics from an office. A girl is shown at a dance club on ecstasy. A guy talks about being kicked out of a band because he was always loaded. He is shown sniffing what seems to be cocaine. Stephen is shown hallucinating after doing heavy drugs. His counselor was shown putting booze in his coffee.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There are fighting scenes throughout. One of the characters in the movie is very violent. A character calls another character a "faggot" causing a fight. He smashes his head against the cafeteria table and kicks him in the head. A girl stabs a guys hand with a fork and blood is shown. A girl seen passed out on a roof. She has committed suicide. The main character sniffs cocaine off a girls chest and starts to have a seizure and foams from the mouth. At the end the character has a horrible relapse and kills himself because of it. A character goes back to his girlfriends house. She doesn't like him so she tries to shut the door but he pushes it into her knocking her on the ground. He kicks her in the abdomen. He is frustrated that he can't find his drugs that he kept. Stephen is shown with a cut in his eye.
