Okay, going into this movie/ mockumentary I was thinking hmmm something like the office maybe, never have I been more wrong.

This doc is absolutely mental hahaha the only thing that was a constant experience is that I kept forgetting it's not real, I felt like I was in the twilight zone watching it, I genuinely felt like I was watching something for college or research and it was such a surreal experience as I don't have much experience in this type of genre.

The best way I can describe this movie is a reporter and a former KGB operative is searching for the meaning of big dic energy and meets an array of characters on his mission, it's not a spoiler but personally my favourite definition is told by the lady with the "large airbags" I found it really funny.

I'm not Sure if I see myself watching many movies in this genre but I'm glad I have experienced it and yea, if your looking for something different, light, and definitely an informative experience hahaha give this a go !

BDE is an experimental film shot very much like a mockumentary. It centers around Vladimir(Cooper), former Russian KGB, as he tries to uncover the truth about BDE (Big Dick Energy). In his quest to get to the bottom of this phenomenon he interviews fictitious characters from around the globe.

These characters are outlandish; ranging from a female body positive professional fighter to a woman currently in a "looney bin" with some celebrity impersonators, a talk show host and a very attractive scientist thrown in for good measure.

In the end, I believe Cooper and their team achieved what they set out to do in this latest Weird Loop installment. The cast, Cooper included, were entertaining and different enough to keep your attention with some of the talent playing multiple roles.

Those with abnormally large pick-up trucks, spaceships and especially BMWs... may want to pass on this one. For the rest of us that don't feel the need to overcompensate, it's a fun ride worth checking out.
