After being stabbed in the back by van Weyden, a line of blood is instantly visible, running down the entire back of Larsen's sweater. A few shots later, when Larsen pulls off the sweater in his cabin, there's no blood on his back, let alone a bleeding wound.
Right in the beginning, when the camera pans away from the bow of the Ghost, the wake of the camera boat is briefly visible.
In the cabin, Maud irregularly refers to "Schiffsbrüchige" when it should say "Schiffbrüchige" (castaways).
