- Lanny: Am I ugly?
- Chris: No, baby. You're not ugly.
- Lanny: Am I stupid?
- Chris: No, baby. You're not stupid. Listen. You're just young. Be yourself. Go to Paris. Forget about Tony.
- Lanny: But I love him so much.
- Chris: I know you do. Hey. Hey. You better bring me some postcards, okay?
- Lanny: I will. If you find my dad downstairs, tell him I love him.
- Chris: You got it.
- Allison: I kind of wish you would do a sculpture of me. Kind of like the ones outside.
- Chris: Yeah?
- Allison: Yeah.
- Chris: Maybe. Someday.
- Allison: What? I'm not enough of a muse?
- Chris: Oh, you're plenty of a muse.
- Allison: Hmm.
- Chris: It's just that I'd need to do certain, certain studies.
- Allison: How do you study for a sculpture.
- [Allison starts unzipping Chris' jacket]
- Chris: Allison, we can't...
- Allison: I'll be quiet. It's not incest yet.
- Grace: Are you ready to put yourself in my hands?
- Tony: Yes.
- Grace: Yes, what?
- Tony: Yes, ma'am
- Grace: Allison is humiliated and in hiding. And your father and her father are signing a merger agreement and it should've occurred to you that even if you don't have a cent, even if your father cuts you out completely, that Allison's money will keep you idle and rich for the rest of your days. Allison is a wonderful girl. You do realize that, don't you?
- Allison: [Allison and Tony are skinny-dipping in the jacuzzi] So, Grace tells me you're working for your dad now.
- Tony: Well, I'm also studying. I'm trying, I'm trying to study. I'm enrolled, but, um, I don't know. My dad's got these maniacs teaching me the open business. They're taking up all my time. They're sucking the life out of me.
- Allison: I hope they haven't sucked everything out.
- [Allison and Tony start making out]
- Grace: [on the phone] Thomas. Lanny's here. No, it is not wonderful. Why? Because Tony is affianced and he just cannot seem to keep his damn hands off of her.
- Tony: So, I hear you have the next 4 days off. What makes you so lucky?
- Lanny: Yeah, I'm leaving for Paris tomorrow.
- Tony: Really? Why?
- Lanny: [Lanny playfully pokes Tony] "Why?"
- Chris: Hey, is your father gonna give you a lift to the airport?
- Lanny: Why, are you gonna get up at 5:00 and drive me?
- Chris: What, you don't think I can?
- Tony: So, what are we gonna do without you around here?
- Lanny: I'm not gonna miss you either, jerk. I'll be busy with all of my French lovers. I'll write you all about it.
- Chris: Don't bother. He can't read.
- Chris: You proposed, didn't you?
- Tony: I mean, did I? Did you, did you actually hear me?
- Chris: Yes.
- Tony: Man, I was so fuckin' high, she was so fuckin' high. I mean, there is no way she remembers.
- Chris: Mom probably reminded her. Aren't you supposed to be at work?
- Tony: That's another thing, man. Why the hell am I going in the family business and not you?
- Chris: Why don't you tell me?
- Tony: 'Cause you won't fuckin' do it.
- Chris: Wrong. Try again.
- Tony: Because...
- Chris: Because, little brother, you think that you want money and power.
- Tony: Correction, I definitely want money and power.
- Chris: Well, Spiderman, with great power comes great responsibility.
