The first episode sets the tone, a series looking at the judicial service in action in civil matters. Whereas the first episode was a bit of a domestic stroll, the second one has teeth, as it were. A fascinating case, much more intriguing, as with the first the solution is probably left open to interpretation, with no definitive proof of innocence or guilt, but this one is much more hard hitting, the crime itself having huge consequences. I commend the realism, the case in question, it's well acted generally, although Kate Brown's victim 'Carol' is perhaps a little over the top.
Really enjoyed, engaging 7/10
