- There is one scene that might be a little uncomfortable regarding a man looking at a woman's legs, the scene runs a little long but then ends. The scene is not graphic, however.
- There is implied possible fornication between an unmarried couple, nothing is shown however.
- However, it's implied that the unmarried couple lives together.
- There is no nudity in the film, though.
Violence & Gore

- Violence is usually brief and mild, but occurs in several scenes.
- A man is pushed into a river by another man, falling in the water. The man is alright, however.
- A man tries to attack another man, and a brief fight ensues, and it is implied that the man falls down a flight of stairs. In the scene, you could hear loud falling and tumbling. The man is then shown on the ground, injured.
- The most intense scene is when a drive-by shooting occurs in the middle of a confrontation between characters. A few people are shot in the shooting, some blood shown. A secondary character dies in the scene, though not graphic. Another character is wounded but survives.
- A man is punched in the same confrontation scene.
- There are some heated arguments that occur throughout the film.
- A man is threatened with a knife in one scene but is alright.
- A man commands another man to break a person's neck.

- No strong language throughout the film.

- A few instances of cigar smoking, particularly at a game where people are gambling.
- There is beer drinking in scenes, too.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The drive-by scene may be frightening for younger children.
- While mostly not frightening, there are some intense scenes, including a man threatened with a knife, threats, and a man thrown down a flight of stairs.
- Overall, the film is not that intense but does deal with some mature themes.
