I like how they put this together, it is nice how they give you the outcome of the ordeal

Why does this show have me in tears and filled with anxiety? 😬 This is very intense knowing that these are actual calls. It takes special people to be a 911 operator. It has me on the edge of my seat. I just wish we could know the outcome on some of the emergencies. Thumbs up for me.

First off I want to say to the folks saying that this is all acting and not real that it doesn't mean that it isn't intense or clearly based on real situations. Also, I personally would not want cameras to be in any real 911 call center!! I want those folks to be 100% focused on their calls!! This way you get to experience something from a distance but you get to see how these folks really help people out. There's nothing wrong with finding this interesting. I can't imagine doing these folks jobs, they are heroes!

Y'all. As a child of a 911 dispatcher....it's all real. Ya goobers. ALSO as someone who has had to explain countless times to teachers, friends, parents, etc, what exactly a 911 dispatcher is, it's apparent no one truly understands what their role is and the capacity in which they do it. This show is AMAZING. It showcases the unseen day to day heroes that answer desperate calls for help, handle intense crimes in progress, or answer the dumbest questions you've ever heard. The show itself is well paced, there aren't any corny re-enactment scenes, it's well balanced with humor and intensity, and my boi Luke Wilson is a tad bit dramatic but THAT'S WHAT WE WANT IN A CRIME SHOW PEOPLE. YES, some of the incoming calls are re-recorded for IDK people's PRIVACY. Sorry that needs to be explained to some of you who weren't born with common sense. But not all of them are, and you are definitely seeing the dispatchers answer the calls in real time. They kind of have to remain calm and level headed at all times, so no, it's not acting, it's the JOB. Besides, half the fun is trying to figure out the real emotion from re-recorded actor emotion. 10/10 would recommend Netflix to pick this up bc I want it to stick around. And god knows no one (with common sense) watches live TV anymore.

Is this series still on or was it canceled after only a few episodes?

I find this show exciting and heartbreaking. My heart goes out to those in these situations, and the people who take the calls have my utmost respect. To stay calm and professional and be able to help in these situations is truly admirable. The fact that some of the calls are reenacted doesn't take anything away from the stories that are told.

I find this is a very realistic depiction of what we deal with on the daily. I expected the show to be cheesy but its not. Great opportunity for the public to see what we contend with.

This show is ok, a little dull at times but it really loses its spark with me knowing that it's not completely real. The calls are pre-recorded and some are edited and details are changed. It is then reenacted by actors on the calls. So what we are seeing are dispatchers also reenacting their part of the call. They are already aware of the "call" coming in and what they'll say. Would be much better if they were taking actual calls so we could see how they truly responded.

The British version call '999 What's Your Emergency' is way better! I would like this better if not for the narration. There is no need for an actor to narrate this, he adds unnecessary drama in my opinion and talks too much. The calls are dramatic enough.

I may have to call 911 because after watching this my heart is racing! Lol These were real operators taking real calls in a documentary format. After every operator answers a call, you hold your breath to see what's going on. Everyone needs to know what these operators go through. Great show!

In every episode, 911 responders never cease to amaze me. What an amazing job.

Really really well done. I am so hopeful that they'll make more seasons of this. An intriguing blend of silly and scary and heartwarming storylines to pull you in and keep you hooked.

Not very exciting and not made for TV...should have been a podcast.
