Great Underrated Film

Warning: Spoilers
This is an excellent short film. It is very unpopular which I take a liking in.

I saw it on Youtube recently. In the short 8 minutes I have watched, I was surprised a short film as unpopular as this was so fantastic.

It starts off with Deddon speaking with a man about guns and his mission and soon cuts into action which is the rest of the film. It's about a contract killer that is sent to kill a man. Deddon, the CK, goes to the man's house easily concealing the gun and fooling an incoming woman as a boy on his cellphone. He enters the house and there is a realistic low-budget fight scene involving a knife, table and gun. He soon ends up killing the man with the pistol and proceeds to wash his hands and face in the bathroom. A boy, the dead man's son walks inside only being around 11 years old and clearly surprised at the incident and sight of his dead father. Deddon aims the gun at him but leaves finding it morally apprehensive and unethical to kill a young boy.

Deddon is driving away in his car and he calls his boss telling him he killed the man but spared the son. The boss was surprised at the fact that he left a witness and told him it was no big deal and to blow it off. Clearly he was lying about being nonchalant about the witness and as a killer he would have to take care of it. A police detective and the juvenile are speaking at the scene and the lights go out. The detective briefly leaves and several silenced shots are heard. The boy goes to the floor in fear and a gun is pointed at him ready to shoot. Suddenly the armed man is shot and Deddon stands holding a pistol. He shoots the killer again which was presumed to be his boss and it cuts off into the credits.

Personally I loved this short film because of the consistent action, simplicity, and plot twists. For low-budget, this film was very well made and deserves more attention at least enough to get a decent rating. Deddon is a very interesting character portrayed very well by Nate Geez as was all of the other characters in the film.
