- At the beginning of the movie an older man comments lewdly on a woman's breasts.
- A couple sitting by a motel pool attempt to make out before being interrupted by another couple.
- A naked woman is seen in a bathtub full of ice and proceeds to climb out. Her breasts are clearly visible throughout the scene. Her pubis is very briefly seen while in the tub.
- Several women are braless beneath clingy white clothes, slightly protruding nipples are visible now and then.

- This movie contains a lot of blood and gore mostly from the theme of childbirth by cesarean section.
- Blood from the incision of the cesarean section can be seen on the female characters shirt throughout the whole movie.
- A trail of blood can be seen on the floor.
- A woman is found bloody but still alive. Her incision from the cesarean section can be seen wide open.
- A woman is found dead. Blood can be seen on her abdomen where her incision from the cesarean section was.
- A man punches another man nose. Blood can be seen coming out from his nose while he covers his nose with his hand.
- A woman kills another woman by stabbing her in the neck. Blood can be seen coming out from her neck as she struggles to break free.
- A women tries to kill another women. They both then fight while one of them tries to rip open her incision. One of the women kicks the other woman into a sharp pole in the wall.
- A man shoots another man and his wife using a shotgun.
- Two women fights. One of them repeatedly stab the other woman using a bunch of keys. She then vertically slice up her body using the keys before the woman dies. This pretty graphic.

- This movie contains a lot of frightening and intense scene mostly dealing with childbirth. It is also emotional and depressing as the protagonist tries frantically to find her baby.

- There is one graphic scene where a women rips open her stitches from the cesarean section up close. She then tries to remove a colour tag by using a thumb forceps. Blood can be seen while she is doing so.
- A woman stabs another woman in the neck. Blood can be seen coming out from her neck. The woman then rips open her incision to remove the colour tag from her uterus. This scene is pretty graphic.
- A woman finds the other woman bloody in a toilet. She is seen removing her colour tag by herself. Blood can be seen on her body and hands.
