James "Grizzly" Adams(Dan Haggerty) is awaiting the arrival of his friends Mad Jack(Dan Haggerty) & Nakoma(Don Shanks) for the annual feast and celebration. Unfortunately, a blizzard buries the mountain with snow, and instead a young Native American woman comes to the cabin seeking his help in locating her daughter Talitha who had become lost after their horses were spooked by a giant grizzly bear known as Molock. Adams and Ben go in search, along with Nakoma, who also wants to help. They find Talitha, but are cornered on a ledge by Molock, who it turns out is no legend, but an unfriendly beast eager to kill... Exciting episode to conclude the first season is also a touching celebration of food, nature and friendship.
