A bright light at the end of the tunnel

"Na Terapiji" or "Therapy" is probably the brightest piece of programming on Serbian television these days. It represents a refreshing substance and new blood to the mainly dull and sludgy Serbian TV environment.

Remarkable acting, directing and scenario make Na Terapiji a good perspective into psychiatry. It's consisted of 5 patient's cases including the psychiatrist himself.

Together with "Otvorena Vrata", this series will join Serbian TV hall of fame, which is a small but compact bunch.

It's a must see for anyone into psychiatry and psychology, but also for all others who like drama.

*In the meantime I found out that this series is made on a franchise originally written in Israel, later purchased and rewritten by HBO. I haven't found the original Israeli version "Be Tipul" with subtitles, but I did manage to see a good portion of HBO's "In Treatment". Without any restrain, I can proudly conclude that "Na Terapiji", beside the fact it's an adaptation for Serbia, is better and has more depth.
