The lyrics of the song were written by Aoyama herself, while Yasuhiro Obata , who has been working on various unit and solo songs for Love Live! Superstar!! , served as composer. Aoyama says, "The lyrics express the struggles and true feelings of those moments when you release the emotions that you have kept hidden inside your heart for a long time.
