- A cartoon woman is drawn with barely any clothes on. A boy draws women and the camera shows the drawings, which have bare breasts. There is a video a group of boys is watching on a computer where a girl is drunk and it is implied that she is having sex. A boy goes to see a prostitute and she takes off her dress to reveal a negligee.

- There are many parts in the movie that people start smoking a cigarette. There are also parts that the character Don is given medication for his cancer. There are many scenes that contain drinking beer, and at one point Don and his friends put many glasses of alcohol into a blender to make a drink.

- This movie is very confusing, intense and depressing to watch. It unloved a boy who is dying and is addicted with cartoon drawings.

- At some point a character takes a woman into a bedroom, but they don't show any sex scenes. After that there is some yelling and the girl comes out in her underwear and wearing an open shirt, then later exposes her breast to Don and walks off. There are also scenes in the movie where the comic-like characters start moaning, but there is little to no exposure of the breasts or nether region.
- There is a part where Don's friends show him a video of his friend Shelly giving someone a lap dance. Also in the movie when it changes from real life to a comic, there is a bit of moaning, but no exposure of anything, but in one part of the movie, the 'Superhero' saves a woman from being hit by a train and her butt is exposed
- Donald's friends try help him get laid. Donald then goes to meet with someone to hook up, and she takes off her dress in front of him, and seems to be wearing a very skimpy outfit underneath, then she takes off Don's coat and tries to kiss him but he backs away. Then they chat for a bit and the scene cuts to him walking away.
