Exciting ... not

No pun intended - but if you have a title like that, you could be excused if you judge the movie by that. And point out it fails quite badly to achieve with any kind of Adrenaline boost .. or whatever you would call it. On the other hand, this has quite the stellar cast. And even when I see the actors struggling with the script (story), it is nice to see them.

Not sure how many movies Luis and Costas Mandylor have made together but I don't think they have done a lot. It is not just them (I remember an episode of Charmed where they were together), there are other actors who have to fight ... oh wait another pun. Anyway, the action is quite decent, the dialog has some highlights, but it also gets weird (in a bad sense) ... and cringe ... probably not worth your time.

Not bad
Actually a really good action movie. I havent seen anything made by this director, but this movie was a nice surprise. The storyline works just fine, and the actors are well casted. If something is missing, i would say it could be the coloring of the movie. The editor really didnt put any work on it, sadly, and i think it play a huge role on why people seem to think it was filmed with a phone, and not with a camera. Perhaps for the next movies, they will put more work on this. Otherwise, Costas Mandylor really fits the role and seems that he simply just gets better and better with age. As well as his brother.

Decent Low Budget Action
napoleanWilson-127 February 2024
Pretty clear from the start they didn't have a whole lot of money with this, but as long as you're not expecting a $100 Million movie like John Wick it's an enjoyable watch.

Unlike a lot of low budget movies it doesn't stay in one place, it moves around the city which is cool to see. Nothing worse than a movie that stays in one room all the time, especially when it's obvious it's a set that isn't believable. I've seen too many movies like that and they're just boring.

The story is interesting and the actors are mostly good, apart from a few of the local actors who are in it for about a minute each.

Adrenaline goes in high gear quickly ...

"Adrenaline," the latest creation from director and writer Massimiliano Cerchi, is a high-octane thrill ride that proves Cerchi's prowess in keeping audiences on the edge of their seats.

"Adrenaline," the latest creation from director Massimiliano Cerchi, and writers Cerchi & Adrian Milnes is a high-octane thrill ride that proves Cerchi's prowess in keeping audiences on the edge of their seats.

The film introduces us to FBI Agent Victoria Travers, portrayed with unwavering determination by Constance Payne. Travers is a female Dirty Harry who prefers to do things her way, often ruffling the feathers of her superiors, including Lockwood, played by Costas Mandylor. After a daring bust that once again leaves her at odds with her boss, she begrudgingly takes a vacation in Romania with her husband Steve, portrayed by James Stokes, and their daughter Juliette, played by Alma Petra Vago.

But trouble follows Travers wherever she goes, and her keen eye spots the notorious criminal John Slater, portrayed by Louis Mandylor, as soon as she arrives. Without hesitation, she takes matters into her own hands, smuggling Slater into Bulgaria for extradition. However, this audacious move results in tragedy, with her husband killed and her daughter sold to organ harvesters. Now, Travers has no one to turn to except Slater as she embarks on a perilous mission to rescue her daughter.

"Adrenaline" lives up to its name as it spirals into a whirlwind of action and suspense. Massimiliano Cerchi's signature storytelling shines through once again, offering a fresh and exhilarating narrative. The film is expertly edited and directed, ensuring a seamless and engaging viewing experience.

Constance Payne's portrayal of Agent Travers is a standout, showcasing her talent and charisma. Her chemistry with Louis Mandylor, as the unlikely pairing of heroes, adds depth to the film's dynamic. Payne's performance under Cerchi's skillful direction is commendable, making her a rising star in the industry.

In summary, "Adrenaline" is a total win, delivering a thrilling and unforgettable cinematic experience. Massimiliano Cerchi's films consistently break away from clichés and provide original, well-executed stories. This movie is no exception, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fun and action-packed thriller that keeps you hooked from start to finish. Cerchi's ability to breathe life into his characters with authenticity makes "Adrenaline" a must-see.
