Enid's ringtone for Eugene is "Flight of the Bumblebee" by Rimsky-Korsakov.
Wednesday greets the resurrected Crackstone by saying, "Howdy, Pilgrim," a popular catchphrase of John Wayne.
The title, as with all the others except the first is a pun. In this case, it's based on the original source of Wednesday's name ("Wednesday's child is full of woe"), and the phrase, "A Murder of Crows"... "murder" being the collective term for a group of crows, much like a "Pack of Dogs" or a "Pride of Lions".
When Tyler confronts Wednesday in the woods for their battle, Tyler says "Laurel said you were dead." Wednesday replies: "I'm feeling much better now." This alludes to when "Gomez Addams" actor John Astin played Judge Harry Stone's father Buddy in Night Court (1984), he often used the phrase "... but I'm feeling MUCH better now." when someone mentions "Buddy's" mental illness.
