As fans pour through the vast library of the WWE Network, you’ll see many of the same faces again and again. While more than seven hundred wrestlers have appeared on WCW and WWF pay-per-views, there’s a select group of top stars that have wrestled on dozens and dozens of times on PPV.
Using data collected from CageMatch.net and WCW PPV and WWF PPV star ratings from Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter, I’ve compiled a list of the most prolific PPV wrestlers. Also, I’ve included match suggestions covering many of their finest in-ring accomplishments. To be on a list like this you need longevity, star power and a lot of tenacity.
