Dominique Luca : Look, they had to retreat. We know the prisoners killed two of them and threaten to keep killing.
Robert Hicks : And we got 30 civilians inside?
Dominique Luca : Yeah, at least, maybe more. Emotions are running high here, Commander.
Robert Hicks : Understandable. They just lost two of their own. Rocker and Brenner's teams are with the Feds on a raid in Lakewood. I'm making the call. This is on 20 David. Let them know.
Dominique Luca : Roger. Hang on. Hondo's clicking in.

Dominique Luca : Hondo, I'm out front with Street and Tan. Where are you guys?
Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson : Deac and I are locked down on a courtroom on the third floor. Active shooter protocol. The security system turned this place into a panic room and we are stuck without firearms. What'd you find out about the shooter?
Dominique Luca : It's not just one, there are four of them. They already killed a couple of deputies.
Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson : [to Deacon, who is at a panel in an attempt to get the doors open] We got four armed inmates downstairs. Sounds like a barricade situation.

Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson : They make any demands?
Dominique Luca : There hasn't been contact yet.
Victor Tan : We got their IDs: Sergio Diaz, his brother Adrian, Benny Rios, Nico Guzmán, members of Los Mags. Ran their hit squad. They executed nine people. Due to be sentenced today. Capital murder. Expecting to get life without parole.
Dominique Luca : Yeah, Commander said this is on us, boss. The team's all here now. So what's the game plan?
Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson : We're flying blind here, Luca. Listen, you're senior man on site. You are in charge now. The team is in your hands. Luca.
