Ridiculous

This nutty-as-a-fruitcake miniseries from Girlfriends Films continues with idiotic story, irritating ensemble overacting, and the usual pointless sex scenes, that anyone who's drunk the label's Kool-Aid will enjoy. Very boring opening (after watching a breast-pump in action during the opening credits for a cheap gag) has Lauren Phillips with a deer-in-the-headlights look on her face listening to the nonsense spewed by the religious cult headed by Vanessa Veracruz, in the midst of her transition from woman to male Minister Valentino. Star Chanel Preston has divorced Mercedes Carrera to hook up with VV, and is holding her baby Emily, portrayed by a crummy plastic doll. Mercedes' cousin Penelope Reed is visiting, and leftover from the last episode is new parishioner Romi Rain (whose partner in crime form Episode Four played by Scarlet Red has been sloppily written out of the show). Among the low-lights of this edition we have innocent young Reed humped by VV, and for the fun of it she's dressed up in a cheerleader's costume, one of Girlfriends' favorite fetishes. Carrera gets to hump huge-breasted Romi Rain, whose grifting/treachery subplot has been forgotten, and Lauren Phillips gets to be seduced in equal time fashion by Preston, fidelity here being in short supply. Show ends with VV's therapist Missy Martinez showing up to have sex with her, an utterly pointless finale.
