The life and times of adult and pink film star Yumika Hayashi as viewed through a quest to find out about the Korean produced film she starred in. Along the way the director meets the people involved with the production and the men who loved her.
The film is an attempt by the director to actually work with the actress who he knew. By reconstructing her life and film its a way of him working with her. But the film is just sort of out there, with several good bits, getting lost in a messy discussion of unrelated things (a discussion of how the Koreans see the Japanese kind of goes nowhere).
My one burning question about this film is why is this film two hours long? I ask this because there is enough material in this film for a film that runs 60 or 90 minutes but at two hours this film just staggers around with no seeming point I mean why reconstruct the pornographic trip she took with a lover? I clearly didn't get it.
