Late in episode 1, Reacher stops off at Cut and Shave, where Mosley gives him a shave. In episode 2, scene 7, Reacher leaves his motel the next morning, still clean shaven, but by the next scene where he encounters the thirsty dog tethered in the garden, he suddenly has two days growth, only for that to then disappear by the time he arrives at Margrave Police Department.
In the roadhouse scene Roscoe brings two beers to Reacher at a table and drops her car keys next to them. When they get up to dance she leaves them on the table (pretty careless for a cop) but in the shots of the couple dancing the table can be seen behind them and whilst the beers are there the keys are not.
Just before Reacher & Roscoe head to the bar, she was closing a laceration with super glue on his back. After the bar, Reacher is standing in front of a mirror with his back in full view, there are no signs that he was ever injured enough to need stitches a few hours earlier.
The coroner says that they haven't been able to identify the victim using dental records because some of his dental work was done overseas. In reality, dental records can't be used to identify an unknown body at all. They can only be used to confirm a presumptive identification, because there is no database of dental records like the ones used for fingerprints or DNA. Records obtained from the presumed victim's dentist are manually compared to the body for a match.
Misunderstanding of the situation. The coroner was not referring to the lack of a Dental Database. There was no mention of a database. He was referring to the fact that getting records from overseas dentists is difficult, if not impossible.

During a flashback sequence showing Reacher in Baghdad, the name tape on his uniform is above his left pocket, where the US Army tape should be. The name tape is worn on the right side.
While investigating a crime scene, Roscoe mentions that the cogon grass found there was common on her uncle's farm. However, given that Margrave is supposedly in central Georgia, this could not exist since cogon grass is only found extreme southern Georgia.
Roscoe drives with her hands on the wheel at the 10-2 (almost 11-1) position (both hands very high up on the wheel) but police officers are taught to drive at 9-3 (hands to the side) and even 8-4 in high speed chases.
Reacher calls the former police chief's family 'Morriston' instead of Morrison.
