- A teenager bites part of a guy's penis off. They spit out the bloody chunk which is briefly seen.
- A car is seen rocking violently while a woman inside is screaming.
- Dozens of people in a drive-in turn into violent psychopaths and attack each other. Each of their eyes turn blood red and they feature black veins on their skin. The scene is reminiscent of a zombie attack, with lots of biting and blood splatter.

- A woman is stabbed in the eye with a pair of scissors and dies. Blood gushes from the wound.

- A teenage guy stabs another guy in the stomach with a pair of scissors and kills him.
- Several people are seen dead in a stairwell. Blood is smeared all over the walls.
- Hands are briefly seen smearing blood on car windows.
- A car is overturned and another car is set on fire.
- A film editor is seen slowly chopping her fingers off with the film cutter. We see a lot of blood and pieces of her fingers falling to the floor.
- A couple clips from a film are seen and heard. They last no longer than a second and are nonsensical, being composed of what looks like bloody pulp and horrific screaming.
- A woman is briefly seen with a severely mangled and bloody face.
