- Our friends; Red Guy, Yellow Guy, and Duck have an important day of 'nothing at all' booked in. Red and Yellow are both very excited but Duck is outradged. He demands to have something to do. And that something turns out to be something called a Job.
- Red , Yellow and Duck Guy are sitting around the kitchen table, and realize they have been talking all night long, and it's morning now. Duck demands to know what they are going to do today. Red reveals their schedule for today is "nothing" planned from morning to evening. This doesn't sit well with Duck, who thinks that it is too dull without doing something. He questions the person sitting next to him, who is a small briefcase with arms and legs, carrying a smaller briefcase. He is in a great hurry, saying that it is time for his job. He says he has a million things to do, which fascinates Duck and he wishes the briefcase would find them jobs. Red was looking forward to doing nothing, and isn't pleased when the briefcase bursts into song about different jobs. The Briefcase shows them his older brother, Unemployed Brandon, but Brandon quickly bursts into an angry tirade about how his brother is mistreating him and not just calling him 'Brandon'. The characters hastily cut into the next part of the song, but all of a sudden the Briefcase stops singing and disappears into a broom closet. The students are puzzled as to where their mentor has gone, and notice they are in a factory workplace. Red and Yellow question the tool-shaped workers, but the best they can show is a green first-aid kit. Meanwhile, a phone in the background begins ringing, but nobody takes notice, so Red leaves to investigate. Duck behaves rudely to the workers who ignore him and begin working on their machine. Red picks up the telephone in the manager's office, noticing the name of the workplace is "Peterson's and Sons and Friends Bits and Parts Limited". Meanwhile, Yellow Guy bonds with the workers and makes a very quality product out of the metal mold. Duck tries his own hand at it, only to make a faulty product that has to be dispatched by the workers. Duck is told to go see Duncan, a worker constructing the website. Meanwhile Yellow is given a hard hat for his safety, as accidents are common. Duck wants his own, so he takes Duncan's only to find a flesh-mold monster underneath. Meanwhile, the bell for lunch rings and a vending machine called Mr. Lunch comes in. Red on the other hand, shuts down the phone as he doesn't actually work there. However, the fax machine hits on him blatantly, and forcibly detains him. Duck tries to get lunch from Mr. Lunch, but is told he doesn't have lunch tokens. Duck goes to the free vending machine for a meal, which seemingly recycles garbage, and the best it gives him is a disgusting semi solid for lasagna. Meanwhile the bin and fax machine are licking up to Red, telling him he can do anything he wants as he's Upper Management, even fire somebody. After lunch break ends, Duck watches an instructional video about fitting in among the employees at the workplace. Frustrated that he cannot find out what role he plays, he barges into Red Guy's office, where he is told that if he has trouble fitting in, he should book an appointment with the CareHound. Still not satisfied, Duck bashes the talking fax machine on the ground, which prompts Red Guy to fire him. Duck then gets sent to the CareHound, and he gets asked about his feelings by an electronic assistant. He is prompted to answer by pushing an emotion-based button on a control panel, but he does not know what the buttons mean, so he shoves the control panel to the ground. The electronic assistant concludes that he is stressed, and after asking if Duck is overwhelmed with stress, he denies it. The electronic assistant then offers some suggestions to help Duck deal with his stress, but he quickly becomes overwhelmed with those as well, and he accidentally slams his hand on the button used to call the CareHound out of frustration. The electronic assistant then summons the CareHound and tells Duck to whisper his complaints into the CareHound's mouth. However, Duck refuses, which prompts the CareHound to lunge at him and spit all over him. After his experience with the CareHound, Duck concludes that he needs to get back to work. However, when he returns to work, he finds out that he has somehow gone forward in time, as his friends are all older now compared to the last time he saw them. He finds himself at a retirement party for Yellow Guy, who has been working for forty years. After a few minutes of hearing what has happened in the time that has passed, Duck finally snaps, and he throws a retirement party card onto the conveyor belt. Yellow Guy tries to retrieve the card, but his hand gets pulled off by the machinery, prompting the talking wet floor sign to press the accident alert button. Duck asks somebody to take action, which results in Red Guy firing him. Knowing that's not what he meant, Duck grabs a green first-aid kit off the wall and opens it, revealing it to be the talking briefcase from before. He then resumes his song, and once it finishes, everyone finds themselves back where they were before. Just as the briefcase leaves, he tosses a lunch token to Duck, which ends up cutting through his eyeball.
